Victor Bao has been creating powerful technology roadmaps and transforming iconic brands both nationally and internationally as Chief Marketing Officer for more than 25 years. Victor spent a decade working in Europe heading performance improvement programs for global brands like Opel [General Motors], Toyota, Burger King and Essilor before returning to the U.S. to lead the brand transformation at Club Med across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Victor also spent many years working with Mark Burnett on CBS Survivor making billion dollar deals for line production. In addition, Victor led the marketing strategies for Yamaha Motor Company in Latin America, as well as Louis Vuitton Moet-Hennessey’s Onboard where he created new ecommerce and technology strategies.
